Using a model to give feedback
A simple framework for giving clear and constructive feedback

Everybody, at every level in an organisation, is going to receive feedback. This can be both a positive and negative experience for people, unless we know how to give and receive feedback effectively. It’s not always nice to receive negative feedback, but sometimes it is essential for growth, development and safety. It’s also sometimes difficult to give and receive praise, but again it is imperative that people know when they are thriving as much as when they are struggling.
This session looks at the types of feedback we give and receive and why it isn’t always enjoyable to give and/or receive it, before looking at a simple model to use to make it more effective.
This session is brilliant for all people managers, or anyone looking after a team or individual.
