This month we were audited by the Employment Agencies Service, part of the Department of Business and Trade. They took a deep dive into our processes, policies and procedures as well as reviewing our client and candidate documents and candidate care procedures. We were delighted to be told we had zero non-conformances and that couldn’t give us any guidance on what to improve further. We are really delighted to have been audited this way so that we can continue to provide the highest levels of recruitment support to both clients and candidates, and in combination our renewed GLAA licence, work in all sectors.

What’s Up Next?
Training
This has been such a busy month for us! We’ve had further multi-client events in our training centre in Corby, as well as delivering training on site for clients in almost 20 different subject areas. Our most requested programmes this month have been Agile Leadership, looking into adapting leadership styles in the moment, and Inclusivity and Belonging, looking at providing the best possible colleague working environments.
