The aim of the one-day workshop is to provide Supervisors and Junior Managers with a workable understanding of the key principles, methodologies, and tools of Lean Manufacturing.
The workshop is designed as a “buy in” opportunity for any organisation who are planning to develop a culture of Lean/Continuous Improvement within the business. On completion of the workshop attendees will have an opportunity to expand their knowledge further by embarking on a self-study program (signposted by us) or to attend a more in-depth workshop/workplace project-based training if required.
We also offer bespoke deeper understanding training within Lean Manufacturing for mid/senior managers as well as a programme to help develop Lean Manufacturing Champions within organisations.
