Temporary Recruitment

Agenda Partnership are supporting employers across the UK with temporary staff team members to help them through both growth and short-term personnel needs.

We fully understand client requirements to make sure that our comprehensively interviewed temporary workers are exactly what our clients need and are available immediately to fulfil their needs. We do this while striving to do our best to make sure that our team members do work that they enjoy and find fulfilling.

We take care of all legal requirements and provide clients with a simple hourly rate invoice to make employing temporary staff as easy as possible.

Permanent Recruitment

Our recruitment practice works a little differently to most of our competition, largely because we don’t consider it as competition.

We work closely with our clients to be in the right place at the right time to understand their brief when looking to bring new talent into their organisations. We consider every brief on its individual merits, and this means we end up doing some really interesting recruits, and some incredible places!

Our service is personal; the key to recruitment is understanding all aspects of a role and matching them correctly to what candidates are looking for. We get into the detail and send short, short lists of candidates who match as closely as possible.

Interim Support

Interim team members are there to make a big difference in a small time period.

At Agenda Partnership we have a team of professional interim candidates who bring a wealth of experience in a very wide variety of industries including (but not restricted to) training, human resources, finance, leadership, procurement, supply chain, business transformation, restructuring and change, IT and infrastructure, project management, business recovery and manufacturing.

Our team come from backgrounds where they have driven both operational management and leadership as well as significant business transformation and recovery.

They are the best of the best, and they are just a phone call away from supporting your project or organisation.

Training

Our training arm was developed in 2014 and has to date delivered well over 1000 events and interventions for organisations in the UK and across Europe.

We have the experience in designing, delivering, embedding and evaluating organisational training and development through our excellent training team who are all professionals with experience from a very wide variety of backgrounds.

We work with all sorts of different customers from global PLCs through to sub £100k SMEs and our recent programmes have been in the areas of Sales and Account Management, Self-Awareness, Leadership, Business Skills, Change and Human Resources.

We don’t like to just take programmes ‘off the shelf’. We’d like to come and talk to you about what your training needs are and what learning outcomes you are looking for. Then we can make sure we are proving the right interventions for you.
