Meet the team

Richard Fletcher

Richard set up the business with Tom in 2012. Before this, he was a leader at one of the biggest recruitment firms, before moving into leadership roles in online recruitment to keep up with an ever changing industry. He is focussed on continuing Agenda Partnership’s year on year growth and bringing the best talent to the business.

He is a dad, a guitarist, a slave to an old Volkswagen, and getting into Gin!

Tom Bedford

Tom is our other partner who has worked in recruitment for almost all of his career. He spends his time working with our premier clients to give them the best possible service and developing our teams through excellent hands-on training.

Tom is a die-hard Manchester United supporter and spends most of his time chasing around after his 2 year old daughter.

Alan Chamberlain

Alan has been with the team since 2012 and has placed people as far away as China! Alan prides himself on really getting into the detail his clients provide to make sure that he hits the mark every time with his shortlists.

Alan can be found most weekends, come rain or shine, on his allotment with his young daughter.

Jo Enderby

Jo is another ‘lifer’ having worked in recruitment for 20 years. She has managed teams in both the UK and Australia. She brings real energy and tenacity to her work and has an exceptional ‘hit rate’ in finding the right people for the briefs she accepts from her clients.

Jo is another who relaxes with a large Gin in the summer, usually with her Cockerpoo puppy, Barney at her feet.

Lauren Jones

Lauren comes from a background of customer service in many different industries! She focuses most of her time on the commercial side of recruitment, building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Lauren loves playing sport and has gone back to high school days by taking up netball and rounders. She’s been round the world a few times thanks to working on cruise ships and she loves a good adrenaline rush; having bungee jumped, skydived and white water rafted!

Ebba Buttery

Ebba joined us to develop our exposure in the digital world. She is the expert in everything digital marketing and has an immensely strong network of talented individuals all across the UK.

Ebba’s claim to fame is having represented the UK gymnastics team at U18 level (and has broken almost every bone in her body; not sure if these are related) and has flown a helicopter!

David Haynes

David is an engaging, energetic and passionate recruiter. He’s a safe pair of hands in more ways than one; he plays Futsal at a national level and is a talented goalkeeper.

He’s also written, illustrated and published a children’s book. David has had the opportunity to attend and take part in bucket-list worthy experiences including; Burning Man and Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain. Now in his 30s, the adrenaline fuelled activities are fewer and further between and looking after his two kittens (Inca and Toto) is top priority.

We have grown every year since our founding in 2012. We work across multi-disciplines; recruitment, training, and interim support.

We know that our continued growth only happens by having the best possible team in place. As such, we are still looking for the best people to join our team.

Ideally, candidates will come from either recruitment or a background of selling training services.
