Meet the team
Richard set up the business with Tom in 2012. Before this, he was a leader at one of the biggest recruitment firms, before moving into leadership roles in online recruitment to keep up with an ever changing industry. He is focussed on continuing Agenda Partnership’s year on year growth and bringing the best talent to the business.
He is a dad, a guitarist, a slave to an old Volkswagen, and getting into Gin!
Tom is our other partner who has worked in recruitment for almost all of his career. He spends his time working with our premier clients to give them the best possible service and developing our teams through excellent hands-on training.
Tom is a die-hard Manchester United supporter and spends most of his time chasing around after his 2 young daughters.
Jo is another ‘lifer’ having worked in recruitment for 20 years. She has managed teams in both the UK and Australia. She brings real energy and tenacity to her work and has an exceptional ‘hit rate’ in finding the right people for the briefs she accepts from her clients.
Jo is another who relaxes with a large Gin in the summer, usually with her Cockerpoo puppy, Barney at her feet.
Ebba joined us to develop our exposure in the digital world. She is the expert in everything digital marketing and has an immensely strong network of talented individuals all across the UK.
Ebba’s claim to fame is having represented the UK gymnastics team at U18 level (and has broken almost every bone in her body; not sure if these are related) and has flown a helicopter!
Sam works with us focussing on the candidate journey by researching for new talent for the roles we are recruiting for. He works with candidates to explain available opportunities and find out what people’s needs and wants in a career move are.
Outside of work Sam avidly follows Southampton FC and is a real nerd for history surrounding the Crusades.
Sarah recently moved into the recruitment sector but has found a role she loves and aims to build her career here. She works on candidate attraction through advertising and is often the first point of contact for applicants approaching us. Chances are it’ll her happy voice on the end of the phone when you call us for the first time!
‘Captain’ Sarah lives on her very own narrowboat, enjoys walking in the Northamptonshire countryside with her rescue puppy and has four Guinea Pigs that share her boat with her. She has an avid love for all 60s, 70s and 80s music, but specifically Pink Floyd and Fleetwood Mac.
Cade is our newest and youngest team member, always keeping us posted with all things social media and keeping us young. Cade works with us in talent attraction and interviewing; making sure people are introduced to the right roles that match what they are seeking.
He loves all aspects of clothing and vintage fashion and is a self-proclaimed business tycoon as he runs his own thrifty depop shop page in his spare time.
Barney – champion of health and happiness! Barney joined the business as a 12 week old ball of fluff and is our champion of health and happiness. Barney attends school once a week for obedience and agility training and during his spare time enjoys long walks with his furry friends, swimming in the muddiest ponds available, digging and stealing shoes and socks. He brings no valuable experience to the business but always enjoys popping in the offices to share our teams lunches and spread happiness.

Agenda Partnership is born!
We move to larger offices in Northamptonshire and hire our first employee!
We launch our training division which provides over 500 days of training in its first year
We place our 250th client in a permanent role
Agenda Partnership launches its Interim division by placing its first IT Project Manager on a contract
Agenda Partnership launches its Driving division
We place our 750th client in a permanent role, and support our 200th company
Temporary Recruitment division is launched

We have grown every year since our founding in 2012. We work across multi-disciplines; recruitment, training, and interim support.
We know that our continued growth only happens by having the best possible team in place. As such, we are still looking for the best people to join our team.
Ideally, candidates will come from either recruitment or a background of selling training services.
